What is an Ultimate Game of Life Coach?

A coach is a professional staff member of The Ultimate Game of Life whose sole purpose is to use their experience and knowledge to help observe, challenge and inspire players to reach their highest level.

Coaches play a vital role in the game and a player's success by:

• Providing objective feedback on how a player can improve their performance
• Raising awareness in a player’s life
• Identifying what a player is doing and/or not doing to help them reach their goals
• Holding players accountable
• Getting players to act, both positively and proactively
• Designing environments that support a player and their positive growth
• Helping players master their game by developing a player’s talents/abilities to achieve greater results
