Andrew went from seminar junkie to success story.

Working all the time and never being able to get ahead - it's a problem for a lot of people and one that insurance salesman, Andrew Windham, lived every day of his life.

"I was working 6 ½ days a week on average for 10-14 hrs a day with no vacation in the last 4 years.  I had too much month left at the end of the money, a negative cash flow and my head was in the sand both personally and financially. I was being what's called in the game "a financial ostrich."

Finally recognizing the toll it was taking on both himself and his family, Andrew knew he had to do something, but what? Everything he'd tried in the past had just left him more defeated and frustrated than before. In fact, all the personal development seminars and books/tapes he had bought in the past had brought nothing but resentment from his family because he wasn't implementing anything from them.  It was going to take a different approach; it was going to take The Ultimate Game of Life.

He played the "90-day Challenge: Level 2" for the first time nearly 4 years ago and then was one of the first to play the "Year-Long Program: Level 3" when it began.  He has been an active player ever since...and he now has a newfound approval from his family because he is actually applying what he has learned for the first time ever.

"The game has totally changed my approach, outlook, and interaction in life. I've learned that awareness is key, that I need to live life by choice instead of reaction and that making changes in my environment leads to changes in habit, which leads to changes in life."

And the net effect of his experience has stretched well beyond what he ever imagined. 

"Initially I just wanted more control in my life," he says "but now I'm only working 4-5 days a week, taking at least 5 vacation days per quarter and am on track to earn $250,000 a year. I'm also now an author and nationally recognized leader in my field, my family life and relationships have never been better," and he laughs, "I even lost 25lbs!"

The Ultimate Game community and coaches have also become a source of great friendships and support.

"I'm surrounded by a network of great people who help me at every level to accomplish things and succeed with ease and grace. I now go into things with eyes wide open instead of burying my head in the sand - like that old ostrich I used know."
