Do a push up would be a good start for me!!!

Begin walking 3-5 times a week and get up to 2 miles by Feb.  (just got a knee replacement)

I am avoiding saying anything about eating!!!  That is an area in which I need to deal with ME in.  (I feel sooooo transparent right now)  yikes.

I have already removed Caffine from my diet, well I should say Coffee and Sodas, I still like Tea, but don't drink it that often.

Next is a sugar reduction to match my salt reduction...this is tough beause I love candy, but I have found myself even eating less of that, even if I do it is now Dark Chocolate which is a bit better for you.

Water intake is on the rise and needs to be more focused on.

Cut my exercise goals down to 2 weeks at a time, shorter timeframe bigge achievement, move onto the next 2 weeks.  Have already started eating MORE of the good things, Goal is to be able to keep up with my kids and have more energy for myself.  The longterm result is better health and self, tracking my environments to success!!

For the next 90 days I will focus on training for a 150 mile bike ride from Houston to Austin, TX.  It's called the MS150 which raises money and awareness for Multiple Sclorosis.  I've got to get my bad lean and mean for the ride.  I'd like to drop about another 10 pounds of fat and get down to 12% body fat...Lean and Mean.  This will springboard me into eventually participating in Triatholons...IRONMAN!

Releasing the final pounds to reach my ideal weight while increasing my endurance and fitness levels.  Have a partner in the journey who is working on the same goal.  I'm saying "Good-bye" to 240 ounces by March 31, 2010.  YeeeeeeHaaaaaa!

Lower my body fat % by 4 points down to 18% according to my Tanika Scale.  Hope to have it off in 3 months and keep it off the entire year.

Just before Thanksgiving I started a gluten free diet. At Christmas I did eat some cookies made w/wheat but I didn't go crazy like other years. Now I'm back to eating gluten free & lovin it! Goal to continue taking off inches & be healthier. When I feel good, I dance more - and I like that.

Shifting from a weight-based mindset to a shape-based mindset. First goal is to gain 4,5 kilos of muscle and the next goal is to release 10 kilos of total body weight. GAME ON!

My health goal is to run a marathon in 2011. It's an old wish that was dormant for many years.

I have started on my 2011 goal to exercise no less than 4 times per week consistently. I have also started with the "Unstoppable You" challenge which has motivated me to also start eating "clean" and including more fruits and vegetables.  I'm looking forward to getting my Inherent Health Genetic test results which will help me eat the right foods that my body type needs.

If anyone has auditioned before, or have information on what is expected, as if we need to do a monologue self-chosen or something, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Wow, so much pressure on Mat Robar! I want to spend the next 90 days increasing my flexibility and strength so I can take on greater physical challenges this summer when I go to visit my family in AZ.

They love to hike & I want to be able to keep up with them.

    :)
