High Performance – Energy and Strength
When you consider physical conditioning in athletics, energy production is a bi-product of both time and intensity. Through proper training such as endurance and strength training, a sprinter can run at a higher intensity level for a longer period of time, yet she can still not run at a very fast pace for very long. On the same note, the long-distance endurance athlete (such as a marathon runner) can sustain a higher level of intensity during a set period of time by using endurance and strength training, yet the energy sources for each athlete are just a bit different.
The type of energy you take into your body, mind, heart and spirit will determine your energy levels (how good you feel, how well you breathe, how your joints feel, how your back feels, how tired you feel, how healthy you are) and the strength you display (are you able to work through resistance when it comes your way?).
Just as the sprinter, or the endurance athlete, with The Ultimate Game of Life, it is our goal to teach you how to work efficiently and effectively and at optimal speed when you need to and at the same time how to endure the game without burning out.
The key to success with both energy and strength is directly related to what you take in and what you put out into the world. Everything contains energy, and the focus is to raise your awareness around your energy sources and your strengths…How energetic are you, and how able are you to move through resistance when it comes your way? With well-designed environments, you will have all of the stamina and strength you need do quick, efficient bursts of tasks and how to endure longer projects in both business and life.
